So woke up this morning with a really sore heel ☹️ I haven’t run since Tuesday but I done some home exercise yesterday and it has been sore since then. Totally gutted I can’t do my normal lunchtime run today at work. Really worried this is going to hault my progress. Any ideas/tips/words of reassurance???

Hi backintime, thank you for your reply! Well I’ve just bought new ASICS and it wasn’t sore since my run on Tuesday. Only yesterday since my home exercise 🤦🏻♀️
I think it might be my Achilles ☹️ gonna take a few days rest and hope it’s better for park run on Saturday xx
