So woke up this morning with a really sore heel ☹️ I haven’t run since Tuesday but I done some home exercise yesterday and it has been sore since then. Totally gutted I can’t do my normal lunchtime run today at work. Really worried this is going to hault my progress. Any ideas/tips/words of reassurance???

Xx

Is it your shoes ? Are you hitting hard with your heel when you run ?

Just throwing ideas out there, hope you find some answers ?

Hi backintime, thank you for your reply! Well I’ve just bought new ASICS and it wasn’t sore since my run on Tuesday. Only yesterday since my home exercise 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think it might be my Achilles ☹️ gonna take a few days rest and hope it’s better for park run on Saturday xx
