There’s a first time for everything - although maybe naked running is a first time too far 😂

There is wet, for which I usually just use the usual tee and shorts in man-made wicking fabric. And there is WET, and then a waterproof rain jacket is essential, I also usually wear compression tights so the spatter doesn't sting. In both cases a peaked cap is useful if you wear glasses.

Thanks for the peaked cap tip I had to take my glasses off this morning as I couldn’t see where I was going 🏃‍♀️😂🏃‍♀️

I just wear a long sleeved top, more to protect my fit bit a little than anything. I like running in the rain, keeps me a bit cooler.

Large brim cap.. Trail Heads do a great one... I have two... I wear glasses and it is fine... rain or shine.. and I have lightweight breathable Ron Hill jackets... showerproof and light to carry.. Bought online in sales... funky colours too and very high viz:)

Sports Direct do a couple of good Karrimor running jackets. Not too expensive. I bought one with zip-off sleeves so you can wear it as a gilet rather than a full jacket. Not tried that yet, but it's certainly good for rain.
