Finished week 6, battling through brain-weasels telling me I couldn’t do it, and my back playing up a bit at the end (physio tells me that exercise can only help) so well pleased with myself!

Good for you! I have osteoarthritis throughout my spine, and I’ve found that running is loosening up bits that have been seized up for years. My walking stride is longer and more fluid, and my hips are much less stiff than they were. 😊
