The ends in sight

I started this journey on New Year's Eve. It's taken me longer than the nine week, there's been illness, injuries & holidays, but I've stuck with it.

Just finished W8 R3 in the howling rain and looking forward to W9.

Park Run on Saturday too.

I'm beginning to feel like a runner!!

Well done, you stuck with it and the finishing line is finally in sight.

Why are you beginning to feel like a runner? You ARE a runner and have been for a while, you have 3 runs left and you have been running more than walking for several program weeks.

It may have taken you more than 9 weeks to complete the program but that's not a problem, it isn't a competition.

Enjoy your graduation.

Well done. Sticking with it is the key and that does take some determination at times. Took me 17 weeks to complete. Still rather tickled pink at the thought that I’m a runner. Enjoy your final runs and glory in reaching graduation as you complete the final paces of that w9r3. And don’t forget to tell us about it on here. Love hearing about how fab people feel.
