Awesome! Well done! I'm on week 2 as well but had a run in (literally) with a dog last week and need to get back out but keep making excuses

Go for it, choose a different route if you prefer. I know it's hard after an incident like that but you can't let it scare you. Take someone for company maybe ?

I got myself back out this morning! I took advantage of the bad weather hoping it would keep most people indoors an de was proven right. Hard work and I felt cold but I am so glad I got back out. Thanks backintime, I think I needed the push
