Hi, just started the couch to 5k this morning. I'm almost 53 and never run since I left school. Really enjoyed it, roll on Tuesday for my next run. Thank you for getting me off the couch.

I am 65 and like you have not ran since school. I completed week 7 , run 2 this morning and can't believe it! Stick with the plan and you will feel very proud of yourself.
