Ok so week one complete and although tiny steps- I can totally notice the difference from run 1 to run 3 both physically (stamina) and even more so mentally (I can do this). Tried running in the morning for first time - not sure I like it but I do like the feeling you get afterwards when the hard work is out of the way and you feel energised to enjoy the day ahead πŸ™‚
