Wow, I am so pleased I have today (just now) completed couch to 5k.

Thanks to lockdown I got into running again and I'm feeling much better for it.

Here's to improving and hopefully, in a few more runs I will be running further.

And keep going to everyone else on this journey I highly recommend this program.

You are another C25K lockdown graduate, since lockdown began, there have been hundreds of lockdown graduating from C25K.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating 🎓 🏃🏾 👍

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍

Woohoo! Congratulations!!! 🎉👏🙆‍♀️👩🏻‍🎓🏆🎉

I’ve only just finished the C25K. I’ve completed my first run without the C25K plan and to be honest I loved the freedom of doing as I wanted. I ran a completely different route, slowed down a bit and just enjoyed it. I still ran the 5k. I’m planning on running 3 set days a week (as this works best with working from home and trying to home school 3 children) I’m going to make the first two runs of the week a bit more chilled and then try and build on my distance in the third. I’ve joined the bridge to 10k group for added support and I really do hope that I can eventually work towards the 10k.....
