Well wasnโt sure how this was to go.Had to delay my run a day my daughters wedding yesterday so I had an excuse ๐๐Went out in the rain after quite a lot of food and drink yesterday and smashed it no idea how but I found it easier doing 25 mins then 2x10 mins and now according to Laura Iโm a runner itโs an amazing feeling bring on w7 ๐โโ๏ธ๐

Well done Bt !! As a runner that first 25 minute run on week 6 is a massive milestone and confirmation that our goals are acheivable with commitment and a sensible progressive schedule ,C25K !!
