I graduated 10days ago, and have only ran twice since then, I know that's not toooo bad, but previously was running every other day or 2 days at most. Ive put it off mainly because of the weather, it's been awful all week, throwing it down, I know I wont melt, but i couldnt face getting THAT wet Haha. Tonights run was just awful tho, due to a number of things, my headphones wouldnt work properly, 2 separate occasions somebody walked out in front of me blocking my path, so I had to stop, TWICE, frustrating, and then my laces came undone, so Id had enough, really rubbish run, only managed 2.5k, usually i just about get to 5k on my runs. BUT better than no run. I WILL have a better run next time. Dont want to lose all the hardwork of the 9 weeks!

Dont worry it’s a bit weird just after graduation, hang in there and it will all get better soon. Maybe you need a loud horn so people dont stop in front of you!
