Have repeated W6 runs this week after being laid up following a touch of tendinitis πŸ˜₯ it felt really good to be back out running...and was really pleased that I found these runs relatively easy 😊 little niggle still but feeling much better. Hoping to get back on track with a 30 minute run at the weekend but going to take it easy..πŸ‘πŸ» Never would I have thought that I would miss running πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚ it’s a highly contagious bug.!! πŸ›πŸ› πŸ˜‹
