Good luck. It’s fabularse. I’m 58 this year, carrying a lot of weight but just completed second run of week 3. If this bird can you can smash it. Good luck 🍀

Good luck for your first run! I’m in my 40s too I’m on week 9 and loving it. Amazed I’ve got this far! It is hard work and you have to push yourself but the feeling after you’ve succeeded is great and worth it! Hope you feel the same!

I’m in my 40’s too & did not like running at school. You will be fine. Stick to the programme, include warm up and stretches at the end. Pilates or yoga will help too, & some strength work. 😀
