Having never been a runner and just having broken up with my fella I took the plunge and have just completed week one on the app. I’ve found it so beneficial to both my physical and mental health and here’s hoping I can make it the whole way through!! Love and motivation to you all. X

Welcome to the forum and congrats for completing week1 and yes you’re going to make it all the way through I didn’t think that too and now I’m on for week8 so trust the program it really does work just make sure you have a days rest or 2 and make sure you hydrate before during and after also stretch before and after and another tip which I found out the hard way don’t run when it’s hot either early morning or night time or when it’s rainy best time to run in the rain but we don’t get that much sun in the uk lol 🇬🇧 happy running and I’m glad you have come on the forum lots of nice people and friendly advice 😉🏃🏻‍♂️

Well done you for getting started with the app. I'm so sorry to hear about your break up. It must be a difficult time but I've found getting out and running has been a really positive change for me.

I feel I'm getting fitter and stronger physical and mentally.

This forum is great for support and encouragement. Keep going and take pride in your achievements

Hi, I was also a total non-runner. A total non-anything deliberately tiring to be honest. Now on week 8 and looking forward to run days in a way I always considered odd when other people talked about it. Trust the programme and keep it slow and steady - speed can wait until after week 9. You’ll love the sense of achievement as you tick off those runs. Good luck!

Welcome aboard and welcome to the start of a new you!

The programme is fantastic and teaches you more than just how to run if you let it.

Please do read the guide to the programme as it contains a lot of useful info

Wishing you well for your running. I was a complete non-runner 7 weeks ago. Now about to run 28 minutes tomorrow on week 8 and cannot wait. The programme really works.

Good luck 🏃 xx
