It’s fine, I’m not sure how to upload either, its not clear on the site but I printed off the toolkit to get my certificate 😊

5k completed early this morning. Glorious morning for a run. Uploaded to Strava as a race and it ticked off my June challenge for 5k but I have no idea if I have to mark the upload for this day or not. I managed to do the 5k in 30:59 with a few slow downs to find my dog who had an unhealthy interest in all the rabbits out that early in the morning. Now for my rowing race. I can blame C25K for the return to rowing as well, one of my runs took me past the local rowing club and one conversation led to my signing up. Never thought I would be a runner and never thought I would be back in a boat again. Thank you C25K and all the wonderful people on here who got me through the programme.

Me too!!! I marshalled at our local Parkrun - was stationed by a bridge... and had envy of all the canoeists pootling under the blossom, along the river - so joined the canoe club!! Going for my one star canoeing badge in July!! 😂

My son runs and kayaks. He competes in White Water Slalom at National level now and park runs are part of their training.

You can download a certificate from the toolkit. Uploading your info is not very clear, I agree.

I toyed with splitting my run, but in the end I just ran the straight 10k. I’ll have to look at uploading it, but I got badges in both the Garmin and Nike apps to say that it happened!

Well I pledged 3 miles...I got to 3.7 km and then I got a phone call asking if I'd pick someone up from the hospital... That's the first time I've EVER had to cancel a run. Sorry Jao!

Did my 3.5k in honour of Global Running Day and your graduation run. 🎉👏🏼🎉 My grandson (think 6’4”) loped along at a brisk walk to keep me company and it was lovely. Excellent idea to set this up.

Unless I see some official way to tell Strava, I’m just enjoying the solidarity with a C25k team of VRBs. 😄👍😄

There were some challenges and clubs you could join on Strava but I think you’d have had to join them before you did the run. Although I joined one I’ve mucked it up by not switching on my GPS but I’m with you, just happy with running together with VRBs 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🦆😀👍

I was fitting it in between arrivals of family from California and New Zealand, so just glad to be able to find a bit of time. Did me good, too. Hurrah for running & C25k. 🎉👍🐢💨

I ran just over the two miles I pledged, was tough going and I had to stop to sort out a work related issue half way so my times and pace are bad even by my standards 🤣

5k done. Forgot to switch on the GPS on my Garmin (still learning) so haven’t got the Running Day badge in Strava but I have got one on the Garmin anyway as a consolation prize. I’m not sure you can upload it to the Pledge site can you? It’s just a matter of doing it?

I had a brilliant short run today with my Headspace and Nike Run Club apps! Both were promoting global running day. I got my achievement award and was glad to be out there with all of my virtual running buddies all over the world!! Amazing!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽❤️

Hi all! Did my 3.5 k run today after pledging 2miles with our NHSC25K group and got my Strava badge but like everyone else I don’t know how to upload to the global run day website, if indeed it is possible. Enjoyed the run though and followed it up with a long leisurely tootle around in the swimming pool. Feeling so chilled out and relaxed now. There’s something about this running lark...
