Hi, I just checked, you need to install the Strava app, then you can manually add the activity (time and distance or pace) the day of the run

I’m not sure. I’ve only used the mobile version which is not very straightforward, I’ll try on a desktop version.

It is brilliant to see how many people have joined. I will do my 30 minute run - not sure how far I run as I suspect it varies from run to run, but how wonderful to have a Global Running day and great to see that our wonderful NHS is recognised as inspiring us to put on our running shoes. x

And good luck for your graduation run. It's a massive achievement that is so close for you now. I got out early this morning and did my 5k. Nice amble on a glorious morning. I've uploaded my run to Strava but not sure if I have to do anything else, not being a Strava user. 5k in 30.59 which included a couple of slow downs to find my dog. There are a lot more rabbits around early in the morning!
