A bit of change to the schedule this week so I can take part in JaoJao's world run on Wednesday. This meant no 4pm banana 😱 We are lucky enough to get free fruit at work but it's delivered on a Monday morning and the bananas are green. I sit mine on my desk to ripen in time for my Tues run 🍌 Also took some will power not eat biscuits instead (get those free too!)

Not sure that the banana made any difference but it was hard this evening. Lovely and cool though with a stiff breeze πŸ‘πŸ‘ once again I couldn't get my breathing right but used the cooler weather to push on a little in places. Imagine a slightly speedy snail rather than Paula Radcliffe 🐌⚑

I managed the full 30 mins, whoop whoop, and did my fastest average pace and longest distance (fyi not up to 5k yet) Thank you Laura for doing the timing πŸ™‚

Think I might try a Nike guided run on Wednesday for a change. And I'll go via the pond again as the yellow irises are just coming into bloom 🌷

Well done, I did mine yesterday.

And I'll be running on Wednesday too. We can encourage each other (I'm not at 5k either)
