I accompanied my good friend Jon on his W1R3 this morning. He is new to C25K although was a runner in years gone by. It was so nostalgic having Laura talking us through it. Then, on the last run, Jon upped his cadence to about about 170, leaving me behind. He’ll be fine!

He sounds like he will be heavyfoot! I used to listen to Jo Whiley but havn't since graduating so I would probably feel the same. I am still loving my running music though. Happy rest of the day!
