Week 6 complete

After the anxiety leading to week 5 run 3, week 6 was easier on the mind. Physically it was definitely tougher, but still not too bad. A couple of times I felt that I might be starting to cramp in the carves, but it went away. And I definitely need to be so much more aware of hydration with longer distances and summer.

I really feel it’s the final straight now, up to 30 minutes.

I am very conscious of hydration in general, for various health reasons I won't bore you with. But with the much increased exercise level and warmer weather, I need to be extra vigilant. Thanks.
