Completed the 3rd run of week 2 this morning and discovered that my biggest barrier is a mental one. Two runs from the end I really felt I wasn't going to complete the session. I struggled through the penultimate run and started the final run thinking I couldn't do it. I just focused on my breathing and kept going and before I knew it I had done it. My fitness is bad but I think it's my attitude that was stopping me? Pleased with myself for doing it and really looking forward to starting week three on Monday.

It's definitely more of a mental challenge than a physical one! Well done for keeping on and not giving up! Each run you complete helps to silence those pesky inner doubts and builds your confidence for the next run. Onwards and upwards into Week 3!

Well done. Obviously we have to improve physically , but the major, challenge is in our heads. But when you do overcome , and push through, you feel amazing and it transfers to other areas of your life . Keep on keeping on. It’s not a race with anyone else it’s your own challenge .

We’ve all been there ! Never listen to the Voices. Remember when they said you’d never manage 1:1 ? They were lying then and they’re lying now ! 😄
I have found this to be perhaps the most fascinating aspect of the programme. As you learn to trust the programme you gain belief in yourself. As the going gets tough, so do you! Good luck for the rest of the programme.
