Following my graduation run on Saturday I went off and enjoyed a bank holiday weekend of surf kayaking..unfortunately it seems to have been all too much for my poor legs 😥 No running and lots of stretching exercises and it’s starting to feel a little better but been advised to take it easy 🙁 anyone offer any advice on how to ease back into it? 🙂
