Following my graduation run on Saturday I went off and enjoyed a bank holiday weekend of surf kayaking..unfortunately it seems to have been all too much for my poor legs π₯ No running and lots of stretching exercises and itβs starting to feel a little better but been advised to take it easy π anyone offer any advice on how to ease back into it? π
