Just done wk5 run2 which felt surprisingly good. However pain now down front of calves if you catch my drift. Any top tips to ease it?

Do you mean down the front of your legs ie. your shins?
Do you stretch after every run?
Are you wearing proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop?

I had the same thing yesterday. Wet day and slushy out at the park. Feel ok today though so running tomorrow.
Stretching is key me thinks, I’ve been flexing and using the tips from Runners world. It’s in the link on C25k essential reading.
