Trainer chat!

Ok so I’ve been running in these bouncy trainers, I bought them years ago and they sat in the cupboard until Feb this year. I don’t think they are right for the paths that I run on, they are bouncy BUT very comfy!

What sort of trainers should I be running in? I don’t want to do the whole foot analysis thing.

I like the sound of bouncy trainers! Are you getting on alright with them?

Why do you not want to do a full gait analysis?

Do you know whether you pronate or supinate?

Why would you not want specialist advice on proper running shoes, rather than fashion trainers?

This post contains my advice on buying shoes. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

If you only ever run off road, then you can avoid gait analysis, as (nearly) all trail shoes are neutral.
