Slow progress

Took 10 days to do Week 1. Maybe I should have repeated a run. Just completed first run on Week 2. While I had the indignity of being overtaken by someone walking, I got through ok.

You’ve done it though and that’s the achievement. Stick at it, it does get a little easier each time. Ive just finished week 3 today and looking forward to finishing week 9. Don’t worry if people overtake you, I have loads do that. Your building your stamina up so just stick at your pace. Good luck 🙂

Haha, oh those pesky fast walkers!! You go as slow as you like, the slower the better, and ignore anyone faster that you. Well done for moving on to week 2, trust the program and keep going :)

‘Slow as you like’ sounds good to me! Thanks.

Well done on starting and sticking to it even though it took you a bit longer to complete your first week. Don’t worry about that I’ve read on here someone took a few months to complete the first 3ish weeks. As long as you’re progressing that’s all that matters. I’m on W8R2 and it’s taken me 11 weeks to get here. You’re also not the first to have a fast walker overtake. I’ve also read that on here. It made me nervous it would happen to me 😬 luckily for me there aren’t many people about so it hasn’t happened yet.

Good luck with the rest of your runs.
