I’ve completed run 1, week 8 but after the last 2 runs I am getting pain in my right shin.

Great job on the running. Firstly I’d take a couple of extra rest days and then see how that shin is feeling with a really gentle run. If there’s no improvement then a physio or doctor will be the way to go.
