got up early as usual to finish week 7, 25 mins runs. Previous 2 runs I completed, they were hard but managed ok and felt really pleased with myself. Today I was struggling, yes I finished but only just, I was so hot, despite running infront of a fan( the ladies of a certain age will appreciate my reasons), just didnt get into the run, clock watched it. I had slept ok, drank plenty i think, just really hard today, glad it done๐ณ - think I need to give myself a pep talk before next week?

You finished it which is a great achievement and all that matters, run the day you are in
Donโt overthink it too much, sometimes it just happens like that n thereโs no rhyme or reason for it. You got through it n thatโs whatโs important. I saw somewhere on here that out of 10 runs, 7 will be ok, 2 will be terrible and 1 will be amazing. Youโve got a terrible one out of the way now. Donโt go into your next run questioning if itโll be bad again, just run n see how it goes. Chances are itโll be absolutely fine ๐
Well done for getting through it. From what I have read on here, even people who are post grads have difficult runs from time to time. Heat can be draining so don't beat yourself up about it. The two previous runs went well didn't they?
Just over two weeks ago we both had done (you), and were preparing for (me) week 5 run 3 and we aced it! If you feel disheartened read through all of your old posts starting at week one and I think you will be amazed at your achievements in such a short period of time. Today was a blip........but you didn't let the fact it was a struggle defeat you. You won!!!
Don't worry nqr you'll be just fine. I found one of the runs in week 7 really tough for some reason,but hey you've run non stop for 25 minutes FOUR times now, that's amazing. You'll crush w8r1!

Treat it as a blip, especially as your two previous runs were okay. You still finished it!! ๐ Donโt over think it and just go for it in week 8 - youโre going to be great!
Over heating is a real energy drainer. You've been doing great so it was probably just one of thosr rubbish runs that happens along every now and then x

There are hard runs and there are easy runs... given that you successfully completed the run, I'd say no pep talk required!
