Lovely !

I haven't gotten to that stage yet, every run gets done but it's still involves beating myself up to get there.

I want to find enjoyment, I am happy when I've finished and I can see the benefits, but I haven't found the "joy of running" yet.

Is there something that you enjoy more? I'd love to be able to play tennis again. That was my ultimate joyous activity
