Well done, I got up to wk2 but had a fall, broke my wrist and in plaster till July, I've decided to do faster walks where you have to run and will start again when free of my plaster, don't want to give up as feeling I must keep going but well done, keep it up

Oh no, you poor thing! But great idea to keep up the momentum with lots of brisk walking and you can use the walks as a good opportunity to scope out some really nice routes for your runs in the summer when your arm is healed.
