It's done everyone!! Week 9 run 3 in the bag!!

Well everyone the overweight asthmatic finished the couch to 5k! The last run was 3.2 miles in 31 minutes so not as quick as my last run.. but I do have blisters lol.

I won't pretend this experience hasn't been trying.. I've had anything from sweat rash, shin splints, bad back, breathing problems.. but you know what I'm proud of myself for finishing!

Today's run wasn't anything glamorous, 5k on the tredmil with a sprint finish because I wasn't happy about adding the extra minute on.. I can see me being quite competitive when I get a bit fitter! But I found a fantastic couch to 5k medal online and applied for it as a well done to me... with a discount code dontcha know? Lol.

Next challenge is to improve my speed and try to go from a jog to a proper run, then when it warms up a little try some proper 5k marathons and progress to 10k in the summer.... but tonights challenge is to detach my sock from my blister plaster and have a well done me bath!

Rock on everybody!!
