Day 1 was yesterday.

I finally did it - I got off the couch, put my new trainers on and did Day 1 Week 1. Those eight minutes each seemed to go on forever, but I kept going! Now got my feet up and sore legs, but it was worth it. Just 62 more to go!

Congrats on taking the first step. For me it was the hardest one, even if some of the runs were hard

There are a few posts you should read, someone will have the links and post them in here for you.

Well done for getting going. I’m only on week 3 and remember how hard week 1 felt. But amazingly, it does work. The runs get slightly easier and breathing feels more relaxed. Having a great soundtrack to run to really helps. I finished with Hugh Jackman s The Greatest Showman today 💗. Keep going.

Fantastic! Definitely agree with what others have said about getting started being the hardest part. Now all you need to do is to keep going. There's loads of good advice and support on here. Don't be afraid to take it slow and steady, make sure you have at least one rest day in between runs and you'll be able to run 30 minutes in just a few short weeks. Keep us posted!

Congratulations on getting started, time will fly by. Just have a rest day in between, drink plenty and run slowly and you will succeed.
