That was really tough - really struggled with the final run. And couldn’t get a breathing rhythm sorted. Trying to remind myself that I found the first weeks runs of only 1 minute tough initially and that it will get easier .... hard to see at the moment!!

You are probably going to fast, then. But well done for keeping going through the struggle. They are really brief walks between the short and the long runs and it takes it out of you. Enjoy R2.

Thanks - will try and slow down a bit more on Friday ...although did think I was going fairly slowly! Cycling is so much easier!!! 😂

You can (almost) always go slower! Imagine having to talk to someone whilst you run - that’s the speed to aim for.

I did day 2 of week 3 this morning - it was definitely easier than day 1. The system works!

Well done! Hoping I find the same. I have found the 2nd run easier than the first in the first 2 weeks
