So after a little struggle I decided to finish week one and continue as I started and surprisingly I was absolutely fine! Time to stop my excuses and stay on it. I feel amazing now week 1 is done and actually cannot wait to start week 2 (maybe tomorrow!). Woooo!!

Brilliant. You stuck with it and did it !

You can do the same with week 2...then three, etc.

You'll be graduating in no time

Fantastic - well done!

In my opinion, week 1 is definitely the hardest, physically and mentally. Sure there are challenges later on but getting your mind and body to believe you are running takes strength and resolve.

You will amaze yourself on this programme! And I hope you'll learn to love running as much as many of us do. :)

Snap! I start W2 today, great feeling starting a healthy hobby. We can do this. After all the hardest bit is committing ourselves to it and we've done that. Good luck this week .......

I was not a runner, but I followed the app, week 1 nearly killed me. Each week it got a little easier and I graduated, much to my surprise. C25K is an amazing journey both mentally and physically, so persevere it is worth it. I now run for about 50 minutes 3 times a week and am working to increase that to 90 minutes. Enjoy the successes and the increases in your confidence.
