Completed W4R2 today and actually enjoyed it, also felt good. Being a shift worker though doing 13 hour days I sometimes have to go 3 days between runs and it can feel a struggle to get into the run. But I’m determined to get to week 9.

3 days between is fine. I'm sure you'll get to week 9 and it is such an amazing feeling when you do. Go girl!

Thank you

I did W4R3 today & it felt good. I am tending to leave more than a day between my runs due to time, life, other exercise.

One of the things I like about this programme is it's fluidity.

My times are slower when I go early in the morning, that may be age, takes longer to warm up than it used to!!

Keep going.
