I just did my first run with my mum and it was difficult but we did it!! (On the last 60 second run I was thinking about quitting but I’m glad I didn’t!) If my second run is even a little bit easier I’ll know the plan is working and I’ll be motivated to continue this!!

You can't always guarantee that the next run will be easier than the last, in fact I found the second run of each week the toughest. I think because I approached the first one with caution, probably got cocky for the second one and went too fast, but had it taped by the last run.
