W9R1.... Finally! Favourite run yet ☀

Finally after what felt like forever I've made it into week 9 (son breaking his arm has delayed this)

Well it was worth all the delays I think this was my favourite run of the whole program to date 😊 settled quickly into a nice steady pace, didn't suffer from the usual aching right calf, breathing felt under control the whole way round - mum came with me so we had a lovely natter as we ran in the sun ☀

The app did crash unbeknown to me a little under 5 minutes in - I just thought Sarah wasn't being very chatty today 😂 but I was enjoying the run so much that I didn't check my phone until I thought hmm this has been a while turns out I had run 34 minutes so gave a little push to make 35!

Sending positive vibes to all those due to run today - I hope you enjoy yours as much as I did mine 😁
