Madness in more ways than one!!!

That's w8r1 completed and to accompany me through my run I chose to listen to madness. Thats how I feel about the fact I can run 28mins non stop, absolute madness. The best pace throughout was One Step Beyond, again how appropriate and now as I sit and write this suggsy is singing "madness, madness they call it madness". I think next time I shall listen to "could it be magic" Thats how I feel about the app.

Well done, Stevieplink! Love a bit of Madness - I can imagine they'd be fun to run to. Did you even notice the step up from Week 7 runs or were you to busy singing along? 🎶

At halfway when mj said thats 14mins to go I had a slight panic but only for a second or two and I changed it round in my head to having already done 14 mins and then one step beyond kicked in. Perfect timing.

Love it, flipped your thinking, and the nutty boys helping you out too.

Love your choice of music, congratulations on completing all the runs of C25K up to run 1 of week 8.

My favourite hits from Madness were Driving in my car and Our House, I remember Buckingham Palace being lit with the Our House graphics a few years ago when that tune was being played.

Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 8, not long now until you graduate.

Sounds like a great run Stevie! I’m chasing you too, I will start W8 this weekend but nervous about how heavy my legs feel towards the end of these longer solid runs. 🥴

I'm planning on doing r2 on Saturday at park run. I do find that a bit more difficult but we will see
