Not the best run I’ve had..right thigh felt tight from around 16 minutes, but a full 30 minute run in the bag. Gonna pay more attention to my hydration tomorrow and make sure I’m having plenty as I think this was probably my downfall tonight. Can’t believe I’m 2 runs away from graduating 😊🏃🏽♀️

Good luck my fellow week niner my run today was a bit rubbish too. Hope the leg is ok and keep an eye it doesn't turn into more than a niggle 👍😊
Well done for reaching the FINAL week! Wish you the best for your last two runs, I hope they are a breeze and you absolutely smash it on your last run. Maybe you can share some of your lessons learned over the course of your journey.
Well done Coco-Major! Only two runs to go. What an achievement. I’ve really fallen behind you as only on W8R1. Sone runs are just harder than others aren’t they? But I bet 9 weeks ago you wouldn’t have dreamt you would be able to run for 30nins. Amazing
Just registered here today. Also on week 9 with just two runs to go. Aching a bit now. Excited to be almost there.
Hi Stephen. Shame you have missed all those weeks of support. Well done for doing it on your own. Just 2 to go. That is so good. Really make the most of the tremendous feelings of elation that you will get when you finish your last run. They are polishing your GRADUATE badge now. Enjoy your runs.
Thanks. I only just discovered this great forum. Wish I had known about it earlier. I downloaded the Laura podcasts and just kept going. Did I miss a link somewhere?
Hi Stephen, welcome to the forum. You’ve done amazingly well 💪🏼 Good luck for your final 2 runs. I look forward to seeing your graduation post 😊👍🏻
Thanks! Good luck on getting to the end. You know you will feel amazing when you do. Nice to know there’s such a supportive community here.
Wow! Nearly finished, bet that feels great.
Remember to leave a rest day between your runs. Especially if your thigh is playing up. It was my knees, sometimes I left 2 days between runs, just to rest it further.
Good luck! 😊
