So I rolled out of bed at 6am today to do the next run. After the unexpected struggle with the last one I was a little cautious. However it was a beautiful morning, I took it steady and it was fine. That is however until my friend drove up beside me in the last two minutes wanting a chat 😂😂 I think it was mostly breathless expletives that came out of my mouth! Anyway, bring on the 25 minutes on Thursday. I’m going to add to my playlist which always helps psychologically if nothing else! Happy Tuesday everyone and for you early morning runners out there, what lovely mornings we’re having!
