Hey. How nice to get the support of other like minded people. I’m not a social media kinda guy so just seemed surprised that anyone was actually interested in what I’m doing so I just wanna say thanks for the support.
So I just did the first run. Sat around most of the day convincing myself that I may collapse or people would laugh at me or something else awful so getting out the door was the hardest part. The rest wasn’t too difficult. I didn’t take it too easy on myself. A kinda no pain no gain attitude. It’s true I’m not fit and to be fitter is great but what I want most out of this is to improve my mental health. And after just one run I have proved to myself I can do it. I’m so determined to keep it up. Bring it on.
