I’m determined to actually complete this challenge. I’m a serial apathetic procrastinator. And I have other ‘issues’. But who doesn’t, right?!

Here goes.....

You can do this, all you have to do is put your trainers on and leave the house. The app will take care of the rest.

I never would have believed this program possible but here I am hitting it head on in week 8!

Enjoy your first run. Keep us posted. x

The hardest thing is deciding to put your trainers on, once they’re on it would be silly to take them off having not done anything right? I’ve graduated, done my consolidation runs and now running is part of my weekly routine, never thought I’d be saying that 5 months ago. Welcome to your new addiction 😊
