I have never been able to run, I’m 51 so not fully confident of doing this challenge but really determined. Just managed the first session and that was ok.

Well done, that’s great. 👏👏 I am in my mid-late 50’s and have just made it to week 4, it’s important to go slow and don’t be afraid to take your time working through the program if that’s what you need to do. Good luck and enjoy your running 🏃🏻♀️
