After my second run of week 9 on Saturday I had a conundrum because I would have graduated mid week which was not my plan since I wanted to complete the programme on a weekend and celebrate. I know it doesn't matter but I wanted to really push myself on the last one. So Plan B has started and I've just completed a 7 mile cycle route which I've done before and my times and speed were much better and that is all down to this programme.
A couple more cycle rides between now and next Saturday and I'm going to do the run at a sensible hour to allow my body to fully wake before the run.
C25K ends next Saturday but a new chapter will start.

Well done and congrats on reaching the middle of week 9! ππ
I can completely understand where you're coming from, and it's a good idea to fit in some other activity like cycling or swimming, or you could go for a long brisk walk, all of which will make you stronger. You could always repeat some of the runs from weeks 7 or 8 if you wanted to go for a run before next Saturday.
In my last run, I was running from 6 am - probably not a 'sensible hour' for you π Maybe once you graduate experiment with running at different times of the day, you might be surprised what you can achieve in the morning with little to no food/ drink.
I look forward to hearing when you've graduated! When you do, you might find it helpful to read this healthunlocked.com/couchto5... to give you an introduction to your next chapter π
That sounds like a great plan! Enjoy your bike rides and when your big day arrives I shall be cheering you on! π² π
