This site has helped me get to my goal. I have read lots of posts and found them very helpful. I'm not a blogger of anything like that. "I'm a first time caller!" as they used to say!! lol.
Anyway, what I also used to motivate me through this journey was by using my i-watch to track my runs. I would then use a spread sheet to note down my splits, cals, minutes etc.
I sound like a saddo! lol. It just worked for me as I couldn't bear leaving any blanks on my sheet.
Start slow and keep going!!

I don’t think you’re a saddo because many people also track their runs, using their Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit or a simple mobile app, you’re not alone! Xx
Maybe not the spreadsheet though 😁 .. don’t stop running, build on what you have already achieved x
