My tip, go slow! My other tip is get your gear out the night before, when it’s all there ready to put on with no faffing about looking for trainers, socks ear phones etc it’s much easy for early morning.. Do let us know how you get on and good luck!

Take it steady... slow, slow, slower is key! Stick to the plan, the rest days are there for a reason. Make sure you are well hydrated too. Go for it, you'll love it 😆

Drink plenty of water every day. Look up pre and post run exercises. Take it easy and relax. This program is magical, if you follow it you will achieve things you didn’t realise you could do. Enjoy 😊

Go for it. You’ve already made a start deciding to do this. Follow the instructions, take it slowly and you’ll feel AMAZING when you’ve got that first one out of the way. Enjoy!

Well done getting started. That’s the hardest part! Enjoy, don’t compare your progress to anyone else’s- your progress is your own. And make use of this forum - the moral support is a real boost.

Don't worry about speed or distance, just finish. Take it one run at a time you will have good and bad runs. Repeat runs if you have to.

Best advice I received was slow and steady- if you get tired, slow it some more! This forum is the best place for advice, support and encouragement so dont think you're alone during this journey. Good luck x
