Living between UK and Spain. 30 minutes in Spain this morning was torture. Jogging uphill into the strong winds. Any advice welcome.

Walk to the top of the hill and run downhill? 🤣
Hi - I live in Central Portugal... lots of hills here too. Bit breezy yesterday when I did my 30 mins and I was only wearing shorts and T shirt! (and got stopped by sheep on my 'cool' down walk... and had to hang around wishing I had a cardy).
To 'avoid' hills I try to check out 'elevation' by using map-my-run.
I have a nearby track I use that is more or less level .... BUT if I do a there and back I get a 42m rise on just 1.5km return... which on the last part of the run is rather challenging.... but it's good for stamina.
I am VERY slow... and graduated just short of a month ago.... and still haven't gone further than 3.5km, but I've mapped a (very gentle) downhill route over 5km that I may start to work on (it involves hubby picking me up where ever I end up)... although there is the ultimate goal of a cafe at the end if I make my destination!
So my advice - use mapmyrun and wear layers if it's windy! : )
