Glad to feel I’m making progress again, had to take a week out due to a cold and chest infection but cracking on now. Managed to cope with the increased run time. I don’t think about distance or speed at all when I’m out for my run. But it was nice when my Garmin watch told me that I had broken my record for the fastest mile run (15 minutes) and then to get the notification that I had completed 2 miles this morning. Now I just need to figure out how to change the settings to show Km
