Sarah Millican now tells me I can call myself a runner now having completed Run 3 of week 6 this morning..........was tired (but a good kinda tired) at the end an hour ago. Feel a bit achy but actually ok.......never would I have imagined running for 25 minutes 6 weeks ago. Keep the faith people, slow down if you need to but take it from this 60 year old.....you can do it ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐

Hi there well done...I think we can call ourselves runners from week one when we start cause that is where we are heading. Brilliant though that 25min run. Keep going and you will get there (from a 65yr old runner haha)
Hey bluemoon! I did this run yesterday and a couple other members on this forum are on this run too! Itโs a brilliant feeling completing this run, 25 mins!!! Incredible! Legs were achy and like bricks at the end but hopefully they will be conditioned for the next run and hurt less.
