Repeating w9r3

I graduated on Monday. But today I repeated w9r3 as I like the idea of someone talking to me as I run, it pushes me to carry on. By repeating w9r3 over and over does this effect anything on the app? I need to find another app where you get the same encouragement as couch25k gives you.

I'm not sure about the app as I use the podcasts so I don't have to worry about a song coming on I don't want to listen to at that time.

I used the podcast for W9 repeatedly post graduation for my consolidation runs for the very reason you mentioned, I liked the structure and the instruction the voice gave me.

Give it a try, I don't think it's limited to one play per run in case you need to repeat any runs.

Hi lee, ok might sound a bit thick, but what are podcasts??? People have mentioned them but I have no idea what they are 🤪🤪

Thanks for advice. I’ve downloaded podcasts and found the Audiofuel 5k app which I’ve downloaded and going to see how I get on with that tomorrow

In preparation for my eventual (hopeful?) graduation I have downloaded a 5K to 10K app. Not tried it yet though

Thanks Moz, what app is it?

It’s simply called 5K To 10K; heats about it on this forum and found it on the App Store :-)

I took Jo Whiley out with me at least 3 times after I graduated but then I decided I’d just like to listen to my own music or a podcast. Yes I could run 30 minutes on my own . I could stop and take a photo and I could try different routes and a few slopes to make things interesting.

You can do anything you like because you are a runner

Just make sure you consolidate that for 3 weeks

Yeah that’s how I’m feeling Astra, I don’t want to push myself too hard and try and do to much to soon. Have a good run. 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

Thanks, actually found it harder but want to keep the momentum up. Gearing up to go out in a min before it gets 🥵
