W10 R2 - a few days off then back to it

If you read my W10 R1(post graduate) post you will know I did not have a good run 😡

Well I had a few days off with just a walk in between but then had the courage to pop out yesterday afternoon again. Not expecting much if I could finish at all I was pleasantly surprised to complete W9 R3 again without any niggly muscle problems. Chuffed to bits is an understatement although it did take some doing.

My message to anyone who hits a bad run is give it time and make sure you have oodles of water on the off days before a run.

Will leave it till Friday before my next run but optimistic view ahead.

Happy Running peeps 🤸🏼‍♀️🤸🏽‍♂️

That's great to hear, Astra5, onwards and upwards! I'm going to run in the woods later and hoping it'll be a good un!
