if a run is difficult, slow down.

It really is that simple.

Nothing wrong with repeating, but read this and begin to believe in yourself and the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

No. Not if you completed the runs. Just slow down and slow down again!

Challenging yes... the challenge was accepted and beaten though... you can do week 5.

If you completed w4 successfully (even if it was challenging) I would move on to week 5. Take it slow. Probably much slower than you think. Embrace your inner snail and you'll be fine. At the moment it's all about building endurance not speed. Should you find you don't complete a run, give yourself a day or two rest then repeat that run. Believe in you. You can do this.

Have fun 👍💪🏃‍♂️

If it’s any help, I repeated all the run/walk weeks! I wanted to make sure I was ready to move on.
