Think I'm going to repeat week 4 as I struggled with the 5min runs has anyone else done that?

Loads of folk have... Just relax..head out and take it really gently :)

I'd just try and do week 5 and see how you feel, during or after your run.

I was going to reapet week 4 as I had to have a week off. I reapeted run 1 and thought, no. I'm going to push myself and see what I can do... So I went to do week 5 and I've just done my third run.

Yeah,i am trying to complete the app but 5am starting work and late evening finishes means i not on schedule so i usually start with a rerun of the run i had done.It surprises me that it is still in the legs.

Repeating is fine, but it is the next run that you need to beat, not the last one.

If at any point you struggle, then slow down.

I had to repeat week 1 nine times to get through, so I know how you’re feeling. My advice would be to go on to the next run. Don’t go out all stressed and thinking you must get through it - stress tenses your muscles, bothers your breathing and makes it harder to succeed. You know you can run five minutes, so make that your first goal - see what the run is like, but allow yourself to stop running at five minutes if you need to and walk the rest. Make a note of when you stop running, and the next time out, aim to beat that. And so on till you get there. If it hurts, slow down. If it still hurts, slow down again ! And always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for ! Happy running 😀
